Tips from Techs DVR & Set Top Box Info

Resetting Your Set Top Box or DVR When Your Remote Control Will Not Change the Channels After a Power Surge

• Unplug the power cord to your Set Top Box or DVR for 15 seconds and then plug it back into the electrical outlet.
  Wait 30 seconds and then check to see if this resolves the problem. If you still have the problem, follow the steps below to reset your Set Top Box or DVR.

• From your TV remote click on MENU/2 Times

• You'll see a sub-list/ Go to 'Set-Up'

• Go to Guide Set-Up and hit ENTER

• Go to the Channel Entry Button, then hit AUTO-Tune and hit SELECT
  (Make sure you go to AUTO-TUNE) and EXIT MENU
